Pulley swap on LSA blower - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I've got a friend with a 2014 1LE that installed an LSA blower and has a griptech quick change pulley. We went to swap pullies today and after removing the screws and doing a little tapping on the pulley it hasn't budged.

Does it require a pulley puller tool to be removed? I have a similar setup on my Tacoma and it's a breeze. What am I missing?
