I cant believe the horsepower increase by just installing some LT's
33hp gain and sound pretty good with even the stock exhaust

sound with stock:

where I found them:http://www.phastekperformance.com/20...headers-v6.htm

I think I'm going to invest in these baby's, and then Im thinking about going whith a high end exhaust when i can afford one but the stock exhaust with the lts sound pretty damn good regardless

This is the best cheap option that actually will sound pretty decent. It really is a good choice.

If you want to throw LT headers into the mix, you will definitely want a magnaflow resonated X pipe (its actually a muffler). The part number for it is referenced in the V6 exhaust sticky in the first post.

There are also examples of just about every setup in that thread. Go digging through it.

Many have been going this route and reporting good sound quality, and it is one of the cheapest set-ups too.

If you want the extra HP that comes with adding long tubes you should probably go with a proper catback setup. If you are looking for a decent sound and want to have an extra $1500 in your bank account the Magnaflow resonated xpipe and muffler delete is the way to go.
