Ignition coils L99

If I do come to change the ignition coils because they are faulty:
What does the L99 use. I see square and round on rockauto.com!!??
Is the LS3 one and the other L99!?
Thanks

Did you notice any thing that would make you think they are better than the stock coils??

Price, they were cheaper and they seem to make the engine run a little smoother, might just be me though. I installed them before the cam swap..
