Is your steering wheel like this?
I bought a 2015 2SS in April. Sold it and bought a 2015 1LE this month. Went with a buddy to buy a 2015 1LE for himself yesterday. All three steering wheels have the same thing in common:
They're not aligned. In other words, they all steer due straight when slightly turned to the right. Very slightly. If the steering wheel is centered true straight, lined up with the stalk base, it drifts slightly to the left. The cars don't pull and both mine were less than 15 miles when I bought them. Dealer said it was due to the way the cars are tied down on the delivery truck and it will correct itself. My 1st 2SS had 15k miles on it and never corrected itself. I've heard there is a steering wheel alignment to center the steering wheel to true. Is this right? Forgive the verbosity, I just wanted to make sure the issue was clearly conveyed. Thanks!

It means you need an alignment because the sterling wheel only goes on one way

Does the road they were test driven on have any pitch to it?

None of the 3 cars pull or seem out of alignment and the previous 15 2SS had no unusual tire degradation which would indicate an alignment issue. When letting go of the steering wheels while driving, they drive straight. It's only when you center the steering wheel (line up the flat area above the airbag with the stalk base) that it drifts to the left.
All 3 vehicles are new. All three have the issue on any road.

Most roads in the US are crowned for water drainage . If the car pulled to the left because of the crown they would be driving on the wrong side of the road .
Op I would get your wheels re-aligned . Mine goes and is aimed straight .

Mine is centered, straight, and does not drift in either direction (except in the event of road crown, or course), and has been that way since I got it four years ago.
It sounds like the dealer is just trying to talk you out of performing warranty work on your car. A non- centered steering wheel would make me so nuts that I'd start ramming curbs just to see if I could accidentally fix it (okay, I'd just go get an alignment done--- which includes steering wheel centering). The story about how they are transported being the cause of mis- centering sounds like a random story made up on the spot. It does not add up. |

i have the same problem on my '13 LS. i got it used and for the first year had the 18" stock tires/rims with no problems. i upgraded to 20" rims and new tires and the steering wheel tilted towards the right, like everything you said! if you hold the wheel straight and drive it, it pulls to the left and if i just drive without touching the wheel it pulls to the right so it's just always crooked. had tons of alignments and everything checked out and still no fix

3 of the (only) ones I've driven do the same thing. I was hoping this was something that could be fixed with a steering wheel calibration or something. I'm an OCD guy, but even so, I try to keep my eyes on the road.

Drive on a flat parking lot and see if that slight misalignment is still there.

Mine veers a bit, but i know that i need an alignment lol, also could be because of the road being crowned a bit like 1Coopgt mentioned. Doesn't hurt to get your car aligned, helps your tire wear in the long run as well
