One of the track locals had a 14-45 stator. Pulling trans to swap it out today. Also going to turn the relief spring on the pump in a full turn. Hoping that helps as well.

Edit- got it all pulled apart and swapped. Just have to add fluid and test to make sure it will spool and its ready to make some passes

Oh, I won't lol. A hood is in the future after I get everything else squared away first

Turbo sucked something up Saturday and wrecked the wheel. From what I can tell so far the motor is still good.

It lost crank sync again and would've for sure blown a sbe motor up again. That is the last straw for the ms3. Started buying the holley dominator stuff.

Going to send the turbo back into jose to be rebuilt. But the tighter stator seemed to be exactly what the car needed

Started gathering the stuff for holley dominator. Have 5 of the 7 harnesses. Other 2 on the way.

Turbo is going to midwest/crt turbo. They will be putting a 98mm wheel on it and machining the cover to fit it. Shouldn't be too bad of a turnaround this go round

Some pics from Saturday night at the pyop race

Picked up some weld magnum 2.0 off marketplace. Theyre 16x16 and should fill the rest of the wheel wells up. Still need to pick up the fronts to match. The fronts should move the tires in a little over 2" on each side. Definitely make loading/unloading the car 100x easier.

Pulled all the old wiring out of the car and will begin wiring the holley shortly! Stay tuned

16x16. Damn. You're putting a wheelie bar on that thing, right??

I've got em but I've found they disrupt weight transfer. when the sidewall wrinkles they'd smack the ground and unload the rear. Putting them high enough where it didn't do that defeated the purpose of having them on

This is the purpose of the bars. to keep the tire round and not smash the sidewall. im far from an expert, but if its smacking the bars hard then slow the front end down and raise air pressure possibly. And then there is a possibility that with the wheelie bars on it is going to want a quite different 4link setup.

once set up properly i believe that it will be much faster with the bars on it.

Gotcha, we weren't the only ones at the track to pull em off. Slowing front end down, it would spin. Loosening front would smack the bars. So we said f it. If it wants to ride a 12" wheelie out we will let it

Laid out the main engine harness and got the intake manifold/elbow/throttle body back on. Went with lsa blower intake gaskets this go round. Hoping they hold up better.

Been messing with the rear end and doing some more research on 4 link setup, bar spread, and lower bar angle. To get the lower bar at an angle that it needs to be at the car either has to be slammed( which is unrealistic), or I weld some new brackets in to give me another hole or 2 lower on the chassis brackets, which is the game plan.

Tires and brackets will be ordered this week. I need to solder the second injector pigtails into the holley injector harness as well.

Will post pics and 4 link bar settings if anyone is interested in where I'm trying to be.

Haven't really done much with it. Been busy with work but got some motivation to work on the wiring today for a few hours.

Extended, cut and soldered new connectors where needed on the holley harness. Injector harness is done and on. Added knock sensors back onto the block as well.. Debating on losing the burst panel spacer to guarantee a hood closes.

Thinking I'm going to cut and turn the downpipe up and out the hood as well. Decisions, decisions
