Ugh Fiat has the worst Service ever!
So I have a few small issues with my Fiat as of late like a loose brake dust shield and now the window is making a pop sound every time I roll it up and the side skirt is starting to separate a lil. So as I have found out the two closest dealers don't do service on the weekend. The next closest over 30 miles away that do work on the weekend one doesn't do warranty work on the weekend cause he has a small staff that day and its hard to get parts.
Also that since it is Fiat it takes a special Fiat tech to do the work and they seem to be few and far between. The next place I call is already booked up for that weekend and isn't working the next one so its like WTF. So now I feel like I shouldn't keep this car too much longer if its keep going to have these small issues and take forever to be resolved. Also for those who think I should try and take it during the week I cannot cause I work 10 to 12 hrs a day. Also I am not taking a day off of work to get my car serviced. If Fiat wants to stay in the states much longer I hope they get their own service dept. when they have a dealership but make you take the car to a Dodge ram Jeep dealer to get service done. Sorry just frustrated and venting. |

Your issues are unfortunate. However, they are not unique. Fiat has finished dead last in initial quality surveys (http://247wallst.com/autos/2014/06/1...itial-quality/).
Fiat cars are poorly executed, underpowered, and over priced in their respective market segments. The Fiat ad campaign is far worse. Nothing about any of their commercials would entice a potential average car shopper to want to visit a Fiat car lot. What they do may work in Europe, but they need to step up their game if they want to compete in the US. |
