If you ran today and would like to know your time, you can find it here.

Remember, the trophies will go to the winners of Saturday's final rounds -- a fast time on Friday will earn your spot to the final showdown, but you need to be fast Saturday to take home hardware!

Why in the heck did you guys make Casey run in a higher class than his modifications indicated? Clearly he should have been in the same class he ran in last year. Here is a quote from his girlfriend.

Ok here's what went down in this C5 Fest Camaro-cross... there are 5 classes....c1 is stock v6, c2 is stock v8, c3 is v8 modified (youve put some after market s...tuff on) c4 is super modified like you put a super charger on and basically nothing is left stock and c5 is for shop cars like built for racing only..... Casey's is c3, its what he was last year and what he won first place for last year and nothing has been added....he has some aftermarket stuff but no super charger. ... well they decided to put him in c4 against all the super modified Camaros....well he won 3rd place in that class.. AND he was only .400/sec (400th of a second) behind the first place car in the c4 class so he did amazing but they shafted him a first place win by putting him in the wrong class.

I was not there but it sure sounds unfair. Yeah, he is good but isn't that the point of competition? Classifications are supposed to be based on modifications so what gives here? Regardless, you did great Casey & we are very proud of you.

Thanks Jordan for getting in my car and giving me some suggestions. Unfortunately I didn't get any more runs to try to figure out corner 2.

Congrats to Chris Lee for taking 1st in C3! We are very happy that we were able to work together to build a full RideTech/BMR package to help bring home the trophy.

No idea who that is, but does Casey drive a 1LE? They were putting 1LE's in the C4 class, regardless of mods. Had they put Casey in C3 that would have bumped my fourth place finish in C4 to third and in a trophy spot

Regardless, I had an absolute blast! So much so that I didn't even bother with the car show OR drag racing. It was really fun to watch and ride with Jordan @ JDP. What an amazing car & driver!

Camarocross is never without some controversy, it happens every year.

Baylor, Casey does not have a 1LE and he was the winner of C3 class last year. He did not make any Power adding changes to his car and by the rules should have been in the same class. However, Casey being the laid back guy he is just rolled with it and almost decimated C4 anyway. I mean without the extra power the guys in C4 have, he was damn close to winning.

NICE JOB Casey!!!!!

Congrats Chris.
To the rest, I will just smile.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

It was all about the turns anyway. Suspension and the driver mattered more than power.

I am a beginner and didn't have much chance anyway, it was more a learning experience than anything, but they put me in c4 even though I have a stock bottom end, no spray, and no forced induction. My pistons aren't even fly cut and the only suspension mod I have is lowering springs. So beats me about the class, but I had a blast running!!!
