This YouTube video of a RJT was made to the soundtrack Highway Star by Deep Purple, but alas the record label had the sound track removed from the video (copyright infringement) - so all we're left with is a silent movie.

There is hope though - you just need to spin up Deep Purple on iTunes and watch the video at the same time.

I ordered a Red Jewel on 28 May. I got a call today from the dealer it is on its way - "Shipped". I can't wait. I ordered the 2SS/RS, 6 speed stick, with the Ground Effects package. I have them waiting to be painted to match the Red Jewel, Body painted engine covers, Air Intake Kit(back ordered), GMPP Performance Exhaust, Black Leather Appointed Seats and I am having the Ziebart Diamond Gloss Paint Protection and Aqua-Pel resin applied all before I bring it home.

I will add pictures once I receive her.

My 02 Ram Air Firebird lost oil pressure in Michigan, with all the problems GM built into it, I pulled the plug.

Wasn't walking home. After leaving Steamfest at Owosso, my buddy and I went for ice cream. Saw this one. Didn't have to walk home.

6 spd auto. My first automatic in a car. All the others were 3, 4 or 6 spd sticks. Didn't have a choice. Not too thrilled about the paddle shift.

It's not too stable over 125. My bird was solid on the ground to 135.
Up to 155(speed limited) it's not as steady as the bird. But it gets there quicker.

Still trying to figure out how to mount a license plate on the front. Colorado will ticket me for not having it mounted. State patrol will go out of their way to pull me over and give me a ticket.

The RJT is the most amazing Camaro color...IMHO...I have as many people compliment the color as they do the car...they are so "blown away" by the RJT...there is no picture in the world that can do it justice...it has to be seen and appreciated in person...if you need another RJT "fix", ...lol...just check out my photo album.............

With the red jewel, I think the standard (non-RS) headlights look pretty good.

Those that live in the Fredericksburg, VA or northern VA may see a RJT for a dealer down in Fredericksburg. That's Mine!!! From what I was told Comcast filmed it, and will be on Virginia TV sometime from now til Superbowl.
