Sorry. It just said "you and your" when it should of said "they and their" . I just hope they make it right for him. I have confidence that they will make it right but I just hate seeing customers having to go though what they have to go though to get stuff taken care of .

The gfx on a Camaro doesn't lower the car at all, it is the same clearance as a car without the gfx. It only gives the illusion of being lower because it flares out farther. Measure it if you don't believe me. It still utilizes the same
rubber air dam under the front.

I took my camaro back to Whitlow, but because they were no longer a GM dealership they would not fix it. I took it to the next nearest chevy dealer which was Royal chevrolet in Richmond and they said to contact GM customer service(they were useless) I spoke with the district specialist Frank Anderson 866-790-5600 ext 32692,I told him the story and he said that because I ordered the wrong part instead of the updated part they could not help me. WTF I ordered the part that was available at the time. He said that he was marking the compliant closed and that I was on my own. I would never buy another GM car again but can anybody give me an email address or sugest someone I could speak to other than the help center.
PM Fbodfather, explain your problem in clear sentences and paragraphs. Try and avoid "WTF" etc.

I had a similar issue with a regional specialist, and you just have to go around them sometimes. Be sure to include your GM Customer Service case file number when you contact him.

I think even though your origonal dealer is no longer a GM dealer they would still be responsible for the work they did.. call a lawyer hotline and ask if you could force them to stand by their workmanship.. It is not GM's fault that it was installed wrong, it was the dealer that didn't follow the proper instructions.. I would go in and hound them to death. raise your voice in the service department when other customers are around, you will be surprised how often they will roll over.

The GFX are not painted, just as they came from the factory.
