Hope all is going well for you! How is your fuel upgrade going? You may want to consider this piece.

LOL, I just re-saw your post but this time with the Flex sensor bypass. I saw those and considered it but I think it might be a little overkill on my system. Time will tell. My flex sensor is going on the return side of the regulator back to the tank so I'm hoping the flow restriction won't amount to too much disruption.
Have you been following my Instagram or something? LOL

Thumbs up Fuel

You should be okay with the sensor on the return side, I always pull up your YouTube site and also see what you are up to here on Camaro5.

Yea, wonít matter what side as long as itís not a restriction. Itís a return system so thatís an advantage. Itís going to be a while before I get the YouTube videos up about the fuel. So far Iím on part 9 LOL

After the 24th I will let you know what I think about the tuner and will ask about his E85 tuning skills for you. Have you looked at any E85 tunes? It looks like allot of work!

Talking DYNO IS DONE!

For those of you who want to know, the last dyno pull was, drum roll....

765HP and 711TQ at the rear wheels at 6500rpm on a Dyno Dynamics dyno.

So 2 things that need improving.
1. A shorter belt as I had slippage lost almost 1.5psi, after the run the tensioner was maxxed out, belt stretch.
2. A larger fuel pump as my fuel pressure began to drop at 5500rpm.

Can I prove that I made over 800hp at the rear wheels on this dyno? Nope, but looking at the Dyno sheet you know it would have HP was still climbing even with my 2 issues.
The engine performed awesome, the tuner at Ross Performance is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work with. Big call out to Ken and Tom Thanks Guys!!!

So there it is, Dyno is finally done and I cannot stop smiling!!!

I'm not sure you were out of fuel. Your Inj. DC was 82% at 6066 RPM. I suppose at 6500 it couldve peaked but I cant see that. Did you buy the credit to flash the FPCM?

Yes I did, fuel pump voltage is maxed out, it just ran out of steam (I am running the Livernois Motorsports dual pump system). The injector DC would have been lower with constant 60psi fuel pressure. Here is the tune and log, and a pic of the end of the pull. Take a look and see what you think. He had to go rich at the end of the MAF. Fuel presure statered dropping after 5,500rpm.

I knew for the 427ci engine I would need to run a return system (I have been putting together a kit for it).

Video of dyno pull;
