Rotofab CAI squeak under accelerating?
Hey everyone. I've installed a Rotofab CAI on my '17 ZL1. Love the sound, but under light to heavy accelerating, I'm hearing what sounds like a "squeak" or "rattle" noise coming from the front driver's fender (where air filter is located). I was chalking it up to possibly being the throttle body blade opening and closing as it sounds more metallic than anything, but was wondering if anyone had any other similar issues or recommendations before I start taking things apart?
Couple things I've already checked and seems to be okay was clearance. The seal located on the box has plenty of room and the hood closes with ease. I only found a couple threads in regards to hissing noises. Thanks! |
