Baseline dyno before turbo kit install

I have a dyno pull scheduled for next week. I want to see what my car makes now before I install my Huron single turbo kit and stage 2 cam. My car has a stock engine with aftermarket X pipe and muffler delete and CAI. My goal is to gain 300 rwhp after the turbo and cam. So I'm hoping it puts down around 330 rwhp. Overall goal is 625 to 650 rwhp on 91 octane at 12-14 lbs. Hes only charging 50 bux for 3 pulls too.

I think they put down a little more than 330. You should be able to attain your goal with a turbo and that much boost you might overshoot. I was at almost 600whp with a whipple on 10psi with stock cam and headers

That is good to hear. Coming from the ZL1 to this stock L99 car. I just want to add 300 RWHP to this turd.

I think you could be a little optimistic with 91 octane, but it depends how radical/conservative you want the tune to be

Well i'm on 93 and 704whp on a whipple with 10psi. The only thing i changed was the cam and valvetrain components. A turbo with the same set up and i think i would be putting out probably 100 more, much less parasitic draw on the engine. Not a huge jump from 91-93. But you could mix half a bottle of torco in and be at i think 95 octane for an additional $10 per fill up. I'd guess about 600hp on 12psi 91 octane for you being an auto. I'm not a turbo guy though so others may have more hands on experience.

What does your fuel setup look like?

on waste gate 7psi i was at 500 wheel on 91. 12-14 will be 700 with a cam and enough fuel.

I will be running a ZL1 pump and 85lb fast injectors. Possibly a BAP if needed.

ok it sounds like about the ceiling for that fuel setup on pump gas. Which stage 2 did you go with? summit, BTR, LJMS, Tsp, Tick?

I can do about 750 with zl1 pump and jms booster with jre fpcm on 93. I have steady 58-59psi with 0 drop right to 7k. I thought turbos were a little more forgiving on fuel demand but it's just something i picked up from reading threads don't know the truth to that.

Summit stage 2 turbo cam. Being a L99 car I dont want to make more then 600ish to avoid tranny issues anyways.

Oh you're doing a cam as well? You'll get to 600 on less than 12psi i think. I was at close to 600 without the bap just running a zl1 pump and programmed fpcm

That is freakin awesome. I ordered my kit today so I can't wait either. I only purchased it to social distance from the car behind me. What turbo did you go with if I may ask?
