If its the piece I'm thinking of it should be extremely cheap. It's underneath the car right? You can barely see it unless your underneath it?

The purpose of that piece is to channel air, and important for keeping your motor cool. Although if you snag that bastard on a curb, it can F your whole bumper.

Car should be fine without it under normal driving conditions, but if the car sees any substantial track time, I'd go ahead and replace it.
