Why didn't you just say, "Bulls**t, you send a @#$%ing flatbed and come get it!!!"

Now they can try and say you loosened the bolts or whatever else they can think up to deny any liability.

Intimidator, i had taken digital pics of everything and e-mailed it to the dealer before i tightened anything. I'm a tech myself so i knew i could safely tighten everything and drive it back to them.

ABM/IOM, I am very sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the service at the dealership. If you would like you can lodge a formal complaint against the dealership through our Customer Assistance team. I can setup a case for you so that you can get it all taken care of. I hope this helps and I hope your new dealership takes much better care of your vehicle.

was it Jon Hall in Daytona or Starling in DeLand because they both suck!!! I had issues with both and will NEVER take my car back to either one!! Hope you get your satisfaction because that is ridiculous to offer two free oil changes for what they did.

Why is it nearly impossible to find a reliable servicing Dealer? I have dealt with many dealers over the years and I can say there isn't one I would feel comfortable recommending service wise. That includes Nissan, Ford and Chevrolet. To me, going back to the dealer is a last resort, it semms like they couldn't care less about the car you just paid $35,000+ for once you took delivery. Before the sale was final, they all bragged about how great thier service department was!

sounds like your car won't be rusty underneath with all the oil that's been spilled under there...

Bummer to hear.

Wow! Two free oil changes! If they had killed your wife would you get three?
