I'd rather have the back up camera with 2 inch screen in the mirror. Like the new lambda chassis lines can have added.

If I was doing this poll, I would have added a 3rd option:
wait and see what it looks like. I like the idea of it, but I don't like a back bumper with a bunch of black dots on them

To some its not just a matter of visuals but more of something that is an annoyance. Some may not mind something beeping all the time when they are backing up and just not working right to begin with which has already been said. But it is pretty evident without even seeing this gizmo that almost half of the enthusiasts on this site dont want it without even seeing it. To me that speaks volumes. There could have been 15 different options to this poll but I guess it comes down to whether you want it or not, period. Some may want to play the safety card but then answer me this, why is the bluetooth only avail. on the C&C package when almost everyone uses a hand held mobile phone? Thats 10 times more dangerous than any backup alarm. How about replacing this with something that is useful like a hud? But alas, I understand where fbodfather is coming from, not everything can be an option. I guess it comes down to getting the 1SS or the 2SS but I know most want the acrylic panels, amb. lighting, and the 4 pack with the 1SS but not the leather. I guess we will have to make compromises with our 426 hp modern muscle car. I just thought it would be interesting to see where folks stood on this, no disrespect.

If the sensors are hidden from view and you can't see the little dots on the bumper....then yes, but I doubt that will happen.

It's not the holding the phone that's dangerous. Rather, it's the actual conversing that deteriorates a driver's ability to react to incoming stimuli. As an aside, I like watching people in cars talking on "hands free" devices. You get to watch them gesture...but who the hell are they gesturing to in such instances?
