Likely a supplier problem and therefore will be on constraint for some period of time. I say likely because I do not know for sure but I do know this indicates the polished wheels may not available for initial orders. Unavailability of polished wheels at the start of production has happened before.

Polished wheels is an option on that craving more customization page that GM put up, if you look at all the wheels when you click the wheel option, it is in between the low gloss black, and gloss black with red outline.
