I want to be louder
I thought I would be happy with a Muffler delete... I am happy but I wish it was loud all the time instead of just when I get down on the throttle. If I can find more bolt on things that'd be great because paying for a welder was kinda annoying.
If you know where I should start let me know I have a V6. Last edited by Mityguy; 05-27-2015 at 08:00 AM. Reason: Edit: |

Well you can't install headers on your car. The best you could do would be exhaust with high flow cats. You may also want to get a cold air intake to allow for more air to enter giving you a bump in power as well. There is a list of all the bolt ons for the LFX. Look in the v6 section pretty sure it's stickied.

so your looking for loud during idle? I see you did the muffler delete... did you also drop the h-pipe and stock resonators?

See... I'm the opposite... I don't necessarily want mine to be louder, I want the rumble to be a bit deeper and to sound a bit meaner. Completely understand that with a V6, I can only do so much, but there has to be a few things I can do to have it sound mean as hell without having it ear splittingly loud.
