305 tires

I put 305 tires on my Camaro with 255 on the front my lights come on in my dash and stability track shows please service I went to the dealership and they tried everything to get the car to except the tires but can't does anyone know off anything I can do should I just ignore the lights for the wheels or go smaller

Isn't the stock front 265? Why did u go smaller?

I would go smaller... you want that to work. Must be too much of a difference front to rear.

245 front 275 rear on a stock set up...

You need tires that are the same height regardless of width

I run 315s in the rear and 275s up front but not on stock rims

Oh yea my bad. I think some people do 275 in front and then 315 in rear when they get wider rims

This. Width does not matter, but the overall height of the tires needs to be close.

I got new rims and tires but I wanted 305 in the rear I'll look into some other tires if your sure it's the height just don't wanna get rid of the 305 rear looks sic thanks guys

The front and rear tires must be within 5% in height / revolutions per minute with the rear tire being the same or taller than the front of the ABS computer will not be happy.

I have stock 20" rims and tires and from the chart, they are both 28.7" tall. Interesting. Thanks for posting the link Danvillekidd.
