Question Quick question on tracking???

okay, so I entered my Vin # on camarotracking.com, and it said that my camaro is .....IN TRANSIT/ TRUCK/ 10/3/09....

My question is this the last step before it get delivered to the dealership?

Is there any way you can further track to see where the trucks location is?

As you can tell I am getting very antsy, so excuse me if these are very dumb questions

Thanks....any help would be greatly appreciated

Usually means it is in transit from Railyard to dealership by truck. Since your in Houston should be anyday now that you get it. Usually takes 2-5 days for them to get to me on truck and I am in South Texas.

If it was just built most likely its on truck to the railyard, but yes the very last stage is truck to your dealer. You can track the trains step by step but no way to track local trucking to your dealer. It it wasn't just built and has shipped several days to weeks ago then it would of shown rail transit first then truck now.

This is exactly what the tracking website says.....

Since it was at 3800 about 2 weeks ago, and I just started tracking it yesterday.....i assume that it has been passed the railcar stage......I HOPE

well since i am in your backyard. WHEN was your TPW? why I ask, is because the Rail Interchange in Houston is right off FM1960. are you sure its left Canada yet? Did it EVER go to RAIL statue? Does your car have rally stripes? if so, it would have gone by truck to the striping facility, then back to Rail to start the journey to you. once it gets to Houston, it should only take on average 2 days once it arrives there till the trucking company picks it up and goes directly to your dealer. on average, its usually a month from 3800 till you get your car.
