T4 turbo header with crossover pipe. Uses stock passenger side manifold. I can provide that as well if you don't have it.
This for just what you see in the first two pics. The hot side for this single turbo kit
You can purchase the rest of the kit through map performance
Last picture is what it will look like installed

Do you have a link for the rest of the kit? Any info on what size turbo will work with it?

Well turns out they don't make them anymore. I was going to finish this with the cold side and a 3" or 4" downpipe. I believe you can fit the pte88 pte7675 sized turbos
