P0308 stabilitrac crapped itself
Going in to work today my car was running great passed up several cars on freeway then boom. Service stabilitrac came on. This happened once and was a loose spark plug wire. So checked plug wires they were all good and tight. Hooked up my sct tuner and saw p0308. Swapped wires from number 8 to 6. Still same problem. Should I just replace plug and swap coil and see what happens?

Loose plug wire? Telling us what you've modified on the car would be helpful. Plug wires don't get loose by themselves.

So far I have changed out plug. Plug was fouled with gas. Switched coils, and swapped wires around still have misfire on cylinder 8. Am I prob right in guessing it's a broken valve spring?

Maybe the injector is stuck open.

Is that a common problem? How could I test that?

That is F'D!...more info...car mileage....any other mod's...original owner? I bought my 2010 at 90k on the clock...car had new '14 LS3 installed at 70k by dealer...one of the very first mods I did was the pushrod/spring/rocker bushing upgrade...why...all my research showed the biggest potential for failure was the valve train on the LS3...
Is your valve train still completely stock? I would be looking at the spring and rocker on that cyl...and I wonder what the lifter/cam lobe looks like... good luck and keep us posted!! peace out...

2010 camaro 68000 miles headers, full exhaust, tune. Yes valve train stock. Spring still appears to be in good shape this is what makes rocker arm go up and down I am guessing. It is the pushrod that is broken. What are my options?
