I think it would be much cheaper to just wrap your hood than buy one that's wrapped.

How so? The hood I replaced this with cost 500$ to wrap in the same matte black. And I'm willing to negotiate the price. The hood doesn't have to be for someone who wants a wrapped hood but more so who needs an OEM one with the bonus of being wrapped.

Wow, $500 to wrap a hood? I've been quoted $400 to do pace car stripes and that includes 3m's best vinyl. I think you overpaid for that wrap.

It was on a cowl hood and I had them put down a special 3m vinyl beneath the actual wrap. Didn't overpay at all. You get what you pay for and I went with the best quality.
