My installation picture does not seem to display. I will try again.

This is how I installed my can on a Vortech setup.

All we need now is a C5 discount or group buy rate.

Great ..thanks .. one question is where did you connect the hose from the can to the Vortech? the one off the top of the airfilter?

Sorry for all the pictures. It looked like the first one didn't work, and now there are three.

I hooked the third hose from the can to the inlet ducting to the compressor.
The instructions were vague on this, saying connect it to the compressor inlet but not saying where.
This hose should only come into play under boost when the intake is pressurized, giving the crankcase gases an escape route.

I installed a separate fitting on the duct, but I considered t-ing it into the fitting on the air filter that Vortech supplies.

Iam a noob ... is the Vortech supplied pvc now before or after the Catch Can? .. Also if I T off the hose comining off the top of the air filter is there really any pressure at this point? I would think it would just escape thru the filter? .. Maybe Iam missing something here.

They way I understand this to work is the third hose is there to supply a path for the gasses to escape when under boost.
I'm not sure that there is much of a vacuum at the compressor inlet, so I don't know whether the gases are actually sucked out.
Under boost, a valve on the can closes to keep the crankcase from pressurizing so the third hose gives the gases a place to go rather than being trapped until not running under boost again.

Anybody else chime in on this? SC2150?

I didn't want to post a new thread, so I thought I'd resurrect this one. I installed my elite engineering oil catch can today. I HIGHLY recommend removing the throttle body for an extremely seamless and easy install. You can easily fit the hose clamps on with the TB out of the way
