Is that what you did?

Ok - so it's not really plug and play then. I mean you can do the plug and play - but you said yourself, the quality isn't that good.

The pre out is what you should use for amp, if you use speakers line to amp input you eventually overdrive the amp, more volume=more distortion=clipping=burn speakers.

The speaker's line mod is not that complicated, specially with non solder RCA plugs.

"Not complicated" isn't the same as plug and play.

Ok, I am not going to argue, my bad. On the other hand if you can install by yourself, you can attach the RCA plugs especially with the instruction see post #93.

Thank you electronic1961 for being the first to buy this and provide details on wiring and fitment. This unit looks like it could be the one many people have been looking for as a replacement. If someone would have jumped in and bought the Mylink that Autospatech has, a lot more 2010s would probably have that unit by now. From the description I've seen, this radio looks like it has some advantages over Mylink, like DVR for a front & rear camera.

The unit also has SKYPE. So at a red light you can jump out and run around to the back of your car and take a selfee. All joking aside... This unit does look like it has some potential. Does anyone know what ver of android it's running?

The DVR is using separate Logitech usb camera with mic and also you can use the same camera for Skype. You can setup the DVR to record up to 8 hour after turn off the key, but you need a better battery. I think the front and rear camera is for parking purpose only. I didn't install the front one so I can't tell how is working.
