Their needs to be a better way to make these fit. The instructions for the rear instalation is not very clear but not too hard to figure out.

The look is great. You can't even tell they are on the car unless you are looking for them.
I didn't have an issue with the length of the tubes on mine, but I agree completely on the L brackets. mine are pulled away from the guards also, after less than a week. It would seem that it would be better to have an L bracket that had a hole/threads for a screw through the flap.

RPI keeps claiming in here that the L brackets will hold up great, yet the VAST majority of reviews from users (almost 100% of them in fact) say otherwise. I keep putting off buying these based on the negative reviews of the rear L brackets. RPI, is this your final design or do you have plans on modifying the rear brackets in the future?

Add me to the list of L brackets not holding the flap!

obe1 or others, can someone take a picture of the rear flap showing the L brackets? It's hard to visualize this when you haven't seen these in person. Thanks!

I am going to see how the L brackets are adhering to the fender itself. If they are holding well, I will try to add a layer of adhesive tape to the flap

You can't see the "L" bracket on mine. It is still attached to the inner fender. Really not THAT big of a deal. Their is just a small gap between the flap and the fender.

I agree. It needs a screw to hold the flap to the bracket.

I have a brand new set painted in black from GM for $150 shipped from factory. Brand new in box, never put them on my car for anyone interested.

Wrong thread. These are not the GM splash guards.

These are a good idea but they need to be wider IMO i mean traditionally mudd flaps are wide as the tires.

I cut down the rears but kept the same radius on the outer curve (didn't like how they hung down). They still keep all the road grime from getting on my fenders.
