How much should boost vary with weather changes?

Working out a power loss issue on a buddys car. He made 10.5 psi @ 6500 when he was tuned a few months ago. Now we are seeing a MAX of 9psi at 7300rpms.

Hes running a P1SC and the tensioner is maxed. His belt is new.

Can a temperature difference of less than 20 degrees cause this drop in boost?

I will see a 2 PSI variant based on warm days VS cold days.

Tensioner is maxed ? Are you saying it needs replaced or something ?

What does a graph of boost vs rpm look like ?

Clean the airfiler out and don't re-oil it. Turbo and Centri's don't suck air well at all, they are designed to blow it super efficiently.

Does this look like belt slip?

Not to me, not a ton anyway. Fuel pressure is dropping off a little though...

Is there a bunch of belt all over the supercharger pulley? I wouldn't think you'd have a ton of slip with a P1SC even on a 6-rib setup.

No sign of belt dust, 8 rib, and i showed him how we can fix his fuel pressure but, he didnt think it was necessary. I flashed my fpcm with the zl1 specs and i hold 58psi to redline. He is on E85, ID1300x2, zl1 pump and bap, making 650.

Perhaps a slight step on one part of the graph, but as above, boost graph looks fairly good with no huge obvious drops or levelling off to indicate a lot of slip.
