Does anyone here lucid dream? Where you control your dreams and do whatever you want basically? If you dont know what it is this explains it http://dreamviews.com/

I've only been able to do it once. It's pretty tricky.

I wouldn't know if I controlled what I did or not. I think would I control what I do because it's me in the dream, but I don't know.

If you think about a situation as your falling asleep sometimes you can dream that.

As we type on a forum we kinda use the same mechanism in the brain that we use to dream because our inner dialogue is what is used to create messages.

It's like forum chat is almost dream state.

Thats a pretty interesting way to look at.. I started doing it about two years ago and had then about every other night for a while. I didnt get bored with it or anything, its just I found myself busier but now about once every two weeks ill have one. Probably the best thing to do in one is fly.

Here's a tip for ya: When lucid dreaming, to avoid waking up (when you feel yourself waking up that is). Simply stand and spin yourself. That trick helps me stay in a dream state almost every time.

haha you wake up because you get too excited, you have to calm yourself down or you wake up from the excitement. In my first one, jessica alba! (before she got pregnant)

Its pretty amazing hey its night right now, some of yall should try a WILD tonight. And actually the first time I realized I was dreaming was when I flipped on a light switch and it didnt work
