No more than a V8 does.

The only real difference between the Z06 and ZR1 was the blower. Both were manual coupes. The ZL1 is already the GT car. No need to change the Z/28 to fit what another car already does.

If I remember correctly, the ZR1 came with wider wheels/tires, bigger brakes, MRC, different transmission ratios, more downforce, and more carbon fibre body work. Just about everything that could be upgraded, was. Though I think most of that stuff was available as an option on the Z06.

Didn't the Z07 covered about all of that?

I meant that it's not like the ZR1 was available with an auto or convertible.

So it's a ZL1. Does that mean GM has a Z/28 up it's sleeve?

Here's hoping.

I'm sure Al Oppenheiser & Mark Ruess want to do one.

Probably. Might be a touch more, unlikely to be any less.

Going to see this at the NY show. I'm glad they made a platform for the Camaro that doesn't have to be modded or ruined by not so competent speed shops and you can maintain GM warranty. I may get one.
