Will Whipple produce a kit for the V6?

Looking at the whipple supercharger kits and wanted to know if they will offer one for the V6? If not does anyone know of anykits coming out soon?

I cant stand everyone that wants a supercharger for a v-6. Should have just bought the SS if you wanted performance. You want them to make a supercharger for your moms buick too?

LMAO! iam sure I have built many many more cars than yourself. Seriously, is the camaro a performace car?? Look at the corvette, no V6 offered there. Buy a v8 is you want to mod it and a v6 if you want a commuter.

I think I need to clarify something... if you had a typhoon or syclone or 2jz-gte in a supra or a 4g63 in an eclipse MOD the heck out of it! Im all about an AWD GSX with 500hp! BUT the camaro is a iconic MUSCLE CAR- meaning BIG v8 and mullets!

Whatever you do don't take a look at the 2012 stingray coming out then. To be offered with a twin turbo v6.

seriously guys. Nothing wrong with a v6. You gonna call Jay Leno a sissyburger because he has a twin turbo v6 too? It's a valid question, there's nothing wrong with modding anything you paid for in the first place. At least he spent the money on a decent car.

A forum is a place where people discuss what they find interesting and to help others etc. not to bash people for asking a question about their own car.

umm lets see, why get a V6? umm first off slightly lighter right off the bat. potent 300 horses. cheaper insurance, better fuel economy, add a supercharger and you'll be at 400+whp. and i can see that hanging in there w/ a bolt on SS. and you have ur self a car thats significantly cheaper cost wise w/ just as much performance. oh yeah and still have cheaper insurance and better fuel economy. for a Teen or young driver under 25 makes it a verry logical idea. cuz insurance for a teen or someone under 25 w/ no accidents on a V8 is ridiculous and if you have an accident or a ticket its outrageous.

so by your definition people shouldnt swap out their crap rotary engines in there RX7's or there RB28's in there 280's for a LS1/6/3/7? right? no cuz it doesnt belong there right? but yet people do it and have instant C6 Z06 killers. drop an LS7 in an FD and you a ZR1 killer.

to the OP, I would definatly like to see whipple maybe producing their 1.6L or 2.3L kit for the LLT engine, after all its in the hottest car on the planet, Camaro, right now as well as one of the hottest luxury cars, CTS, on the planet. who knows it all depends on demand. i'd get on some Caddy forums and have them push whipple into making a kit as well.

how many v-6 guys are tired of hearing the question "is that the ...." fill it in with SS, 400hp, or v-8. Its looking like quite a few of you. Im gunna say whipple and KB will scoff at the thought of a supercharger for a v-6. Maybe a custom turbo from an outfit but thats about all
