Spoiler Antenna Replacement?

A couple months ago I took off my stock spoiler for one off of amazon. This spoiler doesn't have a spot for the am/fm antenna, so I relocated it to behind the bumper, but my signal is still crappy.

Anyone have any suggestions to get a better signal?

I wish I could help you bro. My Kenwood doesn’t pick up s%#t for local stations, but I listen to recorded stuff all the time. Sometimes, I wish I could find local stations, but just isn’t happening.
