pro's 18" less weight, cheaper and longer lasting tires (and wheels)

con's 18" limited tire availability in correct diameter, less lateral cornering grip

pro's 20's looks great, more lateral cornering grip, accomadates the bigger brakes

con's 20's heavy, expensive tires have low treadwear rating, no rotation to even out wear
