Programming for boost

Do most of you guys that are ordering forced induction kits do your own reprogramming, use a provided canned tune, have someone tune it for you locally, or say "screw it" when it comes to tuning?

Definitely take it to a professional, it's worth the money. The "canned"
tune that comes with most kits is OK, but a professional can get
so much more out of it. The canned tune is very generalized to cover
a wide variety of cars, and made to be safe for all. Each individual car varies and the conditions we all drive are so different.
