Thanks again for your business and support.
Those highly engineered paper clips worked great! Plus if you broke one....boom replacement tool was just on the other end!

I routed my wires along the firewall over the brake fluid res, and through a hole on the drivers side firewall. The under the dash to the 4 pack gauge. That is where I ran out of wire. I just added around 3 feet put new crimped ends on and plugged it all in. Works great, and cant see a darn thing. No splicing any factory wires.

Can't wait to just turn my fans on in the staging lanes.

So does the key need to be in the First position(accessory) or the next position(ready to crank) to operate the fans?

I'm asking because I wouldn't think leaving the key in the 2nd position would be to good to do for any period of time...the Coils and everything else would be energized.

I'm guessing first position is correct yes?

never mind, I just spliced into the wires. And Yes you have to have the Key all the way on to work.

It's tricky for sure. The secret is to push down AND inwards at the same time. If you look at one of the pins on our harness, you can see what you are aiming for (those little tangs keep it locked so you push them in to release). It is hard though especially your first time. Make sure the flat side of the paper clip is facing inward. Press down, and inwards, while pulling the wire out the back (being a three handed person is helpful in this case).

We will officially begin adding another 3 ft of wire since there are a lot of requests. We based the length off of installing in the center console, but we'll add wire so you can put it wherever. What's the worst that can happen anyway, you just coil up what you don't need and zip tie out of the way.

Thank you so much to everyone who's purchased before, I hope you love them. You are buying them almost faster than we can turn them out.

So you are saying the key has to be in the ready to crank position for the fans to come on?

I'm not digging that, having everything energized, the dash all lit up,the headlights coming on if it's dark out etc, etc, etc

OP....can you chime in on this?....the accessory position would be much better.

I agree....OP can you design it where it works with the key only turned to the Accessory position and not the ready to start position?

Would there be any benefit to this in stop and go traffic on hot days where the cooling system has a hard time keeping the coolant under 210f ?

We can look into making it work with ACC and not ignition!

That would just depend on where your fans were set to come on in your tune. Depending on your thermostat/tuner they may already be on full blast. If they're not coming on till later you could always use the switch.

And pssst...these are on sale for 4th of July.
