If you don't have time to wash it, the best thing to do is to rinse off your car ASAP.

clear bra will solve the issue but im so anal about the car i still get em off after each drive. carry something to spray on and wipe off. if your going on a long drive take a wet wash mitt and towel. bag the wash mitt in a ziplock.

Mine is a daily driver so I have to I do get a little bit of luck when I leave in the morning they are not out yet and on my way home they are almost gone I do have a car bra on my Camaro so that helps a ton.

Ah the joys of living in Florida and driving our cars year round! The wet drier sheets work great! The love bugs only stay around for about two weeks. Hmm, two weeks of love bugs twice a year or four freaking months of snow! Yup, I'm glad I moved south five years ago!

Yeah I still drive my car - gotta get to work somehow!

But, I give the car a quick wipe down each night when I get home and all is good.

They are MUCH worse later on in the year I think, although I was driving a white car last year, so maybe I just noticed them more!

the love bugs were one of the main reasons I got full front end, 1/4 hood, and 1/4 front fenders clear bra'd. I spray the clear bra areas with Plexus after every wash and that helps wipe off the little fockers.

This is just another reason that I am thankful to live in Montana. This has been one of the longest winters I can remember, and the ol Dodge and I have spent more quality time together than I would normally like, but at least I don't have to worry about these so called "Love Bugs."

We really cannot complain, we are one of the very few states that can drive these beasts YEAR round.

They get REAL bad June/July... Once football season starts, they are not too bad at all. I drive to Tallahassee and don't have many issues Sept-Dec. However, I carry a water bottle and a small towel and just wash the bumper clean once I park for the night or after a lengthy drive.

Right now there is an orgy nest of those little bi--hes on my back porch. They are just smushing each other on my stucco back wall of my house, it is gross. One weekend a storm killed them and they all died in a pile together... it was rather romatic actually.

try Rejex

A good coat of Rejex.. It works on metal surfaces as well as fiberglass (Corvette's). Wet rag and they wipe off just get when fairly fresh. Don't let then dry over night.

The PAM thign sounds like a good idea. To remove em, a Bounce sheet used for drying clothes, wet it and use it. itll remove em pretty easily

Yeah, the Love Bugs are pretty bad right now in my area. After a 15 mile drive, I've got them all over the front of my car. I have to clean the front of my car every day.Thank God, they usually only last for a few weeks and then they're gone.
