Can you help identify this car?

Last night someone broke into and robbed three local mom and pop businesses. The police do not have any good pictures of the people who did it but they have released pics of their car in hopes of identifying the car and thus hopefully find those involved. Since most of us here are all car people I'm hoping a fellow member can positively identify this car. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated to bring these guys to justice. Here are the pics we have so far.

My first thought was the FX35 as well.

2003-2008 Infinity FX35

I can make out the "3". Also, FX45s are not common as they had a V8 that was more expensive, terrible mpg but offered no stronger hp difference. I'm positive its a FX35 as I was obsessed over them when they first came out.

This is a first gen model so it was made in 2003-2008.

...are you asking for the make/model or the actual owner?
