^ looks like same issue. I used a 3' breaker bar to get mine loose. Essentially wedged in place. I had to use extreme effort to get them off. I get my new lugs tomorrow and will report back. It

wow i turned my pressure for my gun up super high and i still can't get them off, i had new rear tires put on today, over torqued maybe? and also the guy tightening my lugs noticed some shavings coming off where the lugs get screwed in. he said he's not sure what it is. any ideas?

That definitely seems like the same problem I have. Metal shavings came off as I took off the lugs.

hmm what would the worst case scenario be for us? what could happen? also if my lugs were overtorqued, is that a bad thing?

I get my new lugs today and will make sure they seat properly. I dont think the damage will affect any part of the wheels structural rigidity, so i will touch up the paint a little and call it a day.

I know some alloy wheels can be damaged from over tightening lug nuts. I heard some rumors about it hurting the rotors too but I have no proof.

so i got my lugs off today and when i went to take them off the initial turning was very rough, i could turn it about a quarter around the wheel then it gets super stiff, like i can't turn it anymore, and then i have to pull harder just for it to happen again, did this happen to you too? also happened when i went to tighten them back again

Same exact scenario.

This pic shows how they are wedged in there. Metal shavings come off when I loosen and tighten.

Seems to me like the lug nuts were simply too fat? You always have to make sure they're skinny enough for the holes on the wheels...

I agree. I was just told they would work with the factory reps. Learned my lesson there. The rear wheels had no issue with them at all due the difference in construction with the 20x11, compared to the 20x10.
