So I just saw a post of the 80mm overkill tb with an extra tube attached to the cai tube . I have a K&N CAI and the tube goes straight to the engine. How will the the throttle body fit ?.Will I need that extra tube as well?

That is probably a cleanside intake vent tube. What pic are you looking at? You will need a 3"X 3 1/2" elbow to fit from your intake tube to the 80. Link?
