Should I powdercoat my wheels Copper?
Ok everyone, I need your opinion here. My black chrome on my wheels is fading and peeling. I found a shop around where I live that does powdercoating for pretty cheap I thought. Im thinking of doing something different to make the car stand out more then it does now, just kind of getting bored and want to switch it up. I don't want black, chrome or color matching. I've looked at so many color combination on wheels and I think the copper looks pretty good. I figured if I did a couple different pieces on the car it would help tie it together. I did my strut bar, strut bar washers and my shift knob allready. Here's some pictures of the pieces I allready have. They just haven't done the wheels yet. What's your thoughts?

Huge fan of the gold FR1s.
http://www.ferradawheels.com/wheels/fr1/ Your copper is too copperish(for lack of a better word) for me. It works as accent pieces under the hood and the shifter but I would think it would be too flashy on the wheels. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Ya, I would prefer more goldish looking rims, but that's just me. I don't think you could go wrong with the color you picked as well.

I think it will look good, it will be different for sure, and isn't that the point anyways.

i like the copper wheels.are you going to matte wrap it though?to me that finish looks like a primered car, maybe done because the bodywork is not good enough for a gloss paint job.
