V6 performance

I was wondering what mods can you do on the V6 to make it have the same kind of power of a stock SS, without voiding warranty.

you will need to void the warranty to do so.

Yup, only unicorn tears could do what you want without voiding the warranty. You can do cold air intake, exhaust, etc without voiding the warranty but bolt ons aren't going to get you to SS performance and you'd need a tune to really benefit from all the bolt ons -- and a tune would void the warranty. To get to "SS territory" you'd need to do forced induction or nitrous ... both of which will surely void the warranty.

Trade up for an SS.

In all seriousness, it can't be done. Without voiding the warranty.

I could of had a V8

I recently ordered and picked up my 2013 2LT/RS and I am happy with the performance of the V6. My previous vehicle is an 07 Silverado Z71 which I will keep and drive through the winter months got me only 17 mpg city and about 22 mpg highway at best. My new Camaro gets 21.5 mpg and 29 mpg doing the same drive cycle I did with my truck. I wanted a cool looking car that didn't use the same amout of fuel as my 5.3 V8 truck and I now have one and am very pleased. Yes, I could have ordered a V8 powered SS.

Lot's of money to make what a stock SS makes. We are talking $5000 plus. Wouldn't be worth it in my honest opinion.

I think a twin turbo for the LFX is about to come out that puts you to like 460 HP

Oh well, that sucks. Thanks for the replies and the laughs. Who needs warranty anyway.
