GM part numbers for rear FE4

Hello all,

What OEM parts name and number do I need at a minimum for the rear sway bar upgrade. I was thinking either the recommended ZL1 27mm bar or an aftermarket bar.

Is is just the trailing arms that I need?

  • Part Number: 92246140
  • Part: Trailing Arm

Can't help you until I know what you drive. Try searching the multitude of GM part's distributors on the internet.

Can these be driveway installed or are there special considerations or removal of parts?

gmpartshouse.com has a zl1 rear sway bar kit for dirt cheap. Has every thing you need to convert.

Can do in driveway. 18mm and 21mm sockets and wrenches. Torque everything down after you put weight on the car. You will need and alignment.

I believe new ones come with the 1LE conversion kit. Just normal stamped OEM parts. I installed the BMR on my Camaro.
