Rally Stripes with the fin!?!? What about that third tail light tangled up in those stripes? Don't get me wrong. I am a Vert fan, but lets get rid of the junk on the trunk. Light into the spoiler and something to get rid of that fin.

I'm no engineer, but I see long term durability issues for that top. There is an awful lot of wind coming over that roof at 160+ mph...snicker. I was also surprised it didn't appear to be an RS/SS...no HID anyway. Did GM stiffen or bolster the frame to compensate for the body integrity loss in a ragtop?

Yes, the frame has had a lot of structural upgrades to compensate for the loss of the roof. That's why the Convertible weighs more than the coupe.

You can "cure" that look by crackin' the window a smidgeon...equalizes the pressure...

Here we go, entering the new generation of faded, ripped, and cracked convertible tops making the car look like crap (already does really). They could have just not made one, does every car have to have a convertible?? Is it a money thing? Is this what "the people" want? Should have made it a hard top. Sure the extra weight would have been added but your already sacraficing performance and adding weight with the rag top anyway. I really hope that shark fin isnt going on the trunk. Im waiting for the "well if you dont like it dont buy it"post.

Does anyone know if there is an option to get the window frame in metal instead of painted like on the orange concept? I think that looked so much better!

I think it's an awesome car. There certainly are tradeoffs when you buy a convertible, but this one retains the great appearance of a standard Camaro. I'm not a fan of the lights or the trunk shark, but it's better than what Ford did with the "turtle". Take a look at Mustang Convertibles and you will realize what a great job Chevy did on this one. I wonder what the weight is on the vert?

Hideous! That's the only description I can give it.
This car is just not made to be a convertible.
The workmanship looks cheap and problematic.
Those that want convertibles should look elsewhere.
