Part wanted: chrome/black front grille bowtie for 2010 SS

Hi all! I'm looking for a front grille bowtie logo such as this one:

As you can see, it's out of stock here. Many, many Google searches have not yet yielded a website where I can purchase this emblem. Can anyone help me find one?

My current bowtie has been entirely painted black semi-professionally... and I really like the diamond pattern of the original emblem. Thanks for the suggestion though!

BPN: I’d be skeptical of the email address type of sale if I were you, especially from a member with 2 posts. I do have a chrome and Imperial Blue Metallic emblem, but not black. Phastek and other vendors sell a precut vinyl insert that could get you through until you find a painted one. Just a thought…

Thanks, friend. I did end up e-mailing this person, but they refused to share pictures of the emblem, so I declined. Chances are they were a scammer.

Speaking of which, do you have pictures of your emblem which you could share with me? The colour combination does sound kinda

I ended up using left over vinyl from blacking out my tail lights. Up close a little gold comes through which I don't mind. 5 feet away you can't really tell.

Thanks for the pic! I'm sorry to say it doesn't quite match the exterior colour scheme of the car I have in mind though, so I'll have to pass up on this one.

And to the people showing off their amazing solutions in customizing their stock bowties: that's not really an option for me, as a previous owner has already painted my entire front bowtie including the chrome edges. So I'll never be able to get that stock "black on chrome" look back into it the way I want it to look.
