What should I expect with this round of upgrades?
Hi all, I'm in the process of getting a lower 9.1 crank pulley, arh headers no cats, rotofab cai, 80lb injectors, and a tune. What is the drive ability going to to be like? And what kind of power to the wheels should I expect? Last but not least am I going to need a new set of tires lol! Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find a thread with this exact combo.
Thanks

Drivability should be just like stock, except a lot faster when you get on it. It'll also be significantly louder with more blower whine.
If no other mods are done to the car other than what's listed, I'd guess 575-600 RWHP. Depends a lot on the dyno, air, and aggressiveness of the tune. |

I'm going 585rwhp betting on a conservative tune...

Headers and no cats is loud as hell. I run a Dashligic and control the stock exhaust valve with the cruise control switch. I have used it several times to shock and awe!

I have the same mods as you except I went with the 11% overdrive (8.66") pulley and Kooks headers. I went from 500RWHP stock to 575RWHP with the mods. My tuner then pulled a little timing to keep me safe and I am now at 570RWHP.
Have you done a baseline dyno to see what you make? I would guess 90-100HP over your baseline with your 18% overdrive. Drivability is just like stock for me other than the louder exhaust note, which I absolutely love. |

Well it just seems with your added mods you would need more fuel delivery....

As long as his pressure isn't dropping he should be Ok. What is the typical level where added fuel pump volume is required?

Anymore mods and the boost a pump will be needed. Cam, more boost and such. You mite get a little more with some minor other mods put that's about the limit of fuel delivery.
