Nothing wrong with the V6. I've heard some that sound pretty damn good. But a v6 will not sound like its V8 counter-part. It's missing 2 cylinders among other stuff.

I know what I am about to say will probably not go over well on this forum, but no matter what kind of exhaust you put on a GM V8, it will never sound as good as the exahust on a V8 Mustang. I know it's all to do with the firing order, but it still sad that GM's just sound loud versus good, IMHO.

Certainly a matter of opinion. I like the sound of the mustang to, it is a very distinct sound. I can hear an exhaust note and know if it is a mustang. More difficult with a Chevy. A Ford truck sounds nothing like the Mustang. But the Chevy trucks can sound a lot like the Camaro. The sound I prefer from the mustang is the lower end RPM sound. But when a Chevy gets up in range, nothing beats it IMO. I love to hear it rev out. AUGH!!!

But the cruising around in a low gear in a Mustang sounds better. But it's in the upper RPM range where it matters to me.

That ZL1 exhaust sounds better than any Mustang exhaust I have heard to date. I wish my MBRP sounded that good. LOL Maybe with headers and a CAM it will sound much better.

Probably even louder than this one, if it's anything like the first loud mouth!

They sound great, but they have some volume to them, especially at WOT!

In that last vid, was that track prepped a little bit or what! You could hear the tires sticking to it! That's Nice and Thanks for the vids!
