Stripes or Black Hood?
I have a garnet red 2017 SS. Can't decided if I want to add stripes or go with the 1LE-style black hood. I would love to hear other's opinions. What do you prefer? (See attached images for Photoshop visualizations)

Since you got a black vert I say hood if it was a red roof I’d say stripes

That red is awesome. Paint the hood red. That is what you are looking at when you drive, so that should look the best. Can't think of anything better than looking over that glossy red hood.

Can we choose a 3rd option? Maybe fender hash marks OR a single black strip down the middle?. For me, adding all that black is a little too much with the black convertible top.

The mismatched black hood color fad always reminds of the cars with a hood that only has primer because they can't afford an actual paint job

For that color with those wheels, I’d leave the hood as is and add hashmarks.
