TSP performance rotocast 255 heads and stage 1 "blower" cam are headed my way, as well as an innovators west balancer and 9.1 metco ring gear and metco 2.55 blower pulley. With these upgrades, what would be the approximate power increase if I were to install a fully ported blower and snout? Thanks for the advice.

Fully ported, I’d say 40 RWHP. Send it to Kong. They’re the best. Not that others don’t do it well but Kong kills these LSA/LS9 builds.
