Does it matter to the insurance company that it was an aftermarket modification?

I don't think it really would matter. My car's warranty voided once I change the headlights.
I have full coverage (since I am still paying for the car) so they had said they need to assess the damage and see the cause of it. But I am sure it was the headlights since nothing else was damaged (I think the bumper might be damaged as well) so I have to wait to see what happens.

so let me speak out with my frustration with my insurance. Whoever live in the South Florida area DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET WINDHAVEN INSURANCE.
This company has been awful. Paying what I'm paying they should have been on top of things and ask if I wanted a drink with the sandwich they are serving me. But no I am getting a bunch of turds. I am frustrated that I have to be on top of them and is always giving me the run around with my car. And then saying that they are not paying because my car didn't get damaged at all. WHAT ????? THERE WAS A FIRE inside the engine bay. SOMETHING was burning. whether it was a wire or a hair or dust or plastic. SOMETHING was compromised and they are not willingly to pay for it. SO WTF do I say to this ??? YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT. I pay too much money to these a**HOLES to get nothing. Not even the courtesy of a call to inform you that your claim is being worked on. I have to wait days for this to get resolved. But let's say if I were to miss a payment by 1 day. ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE (Double Standard) and cancels my services. So why is it when they need to dish out and actually work why is it that they can't deliver ?? So please ( I know this is a rant) if you live in the South Florida area and are thinking about changing your insurance. Just don't get this insurance. It is a waste of money and if you have an accident. (God Forbids) it will be a waste of money and time. Which I don't have the luxury of doing.

Well I have the CCFL Foglights with my car and I hooked it up with my headlights. The CCFL were powered with the Eagle Eyes (I have a 1LS) so I honestly don't know what caused it. All I've seen so far was that the Eagle Eye wiring was completely burned. and my CCFL foglights were just fine. It was just not working cause the wires were disconnected.

It has been a month that I have gotten my car back. However I went back to getting back to stock Headlights. The shop didn't feel comfortable in installing another set of Eagle Eye Headlights. So I am saving up to get it again. Now this time I will have to make sure I am going to get the wires are covered and nowhere near the other important stuff.
So the only thing I have is my rear Carbon Fiber bowtie that I got 3 weeks ago but I haven't had time to install it. But once it is done I am going to post more pics of the rear bowtie.

Car Wash/ Solo Exhaust

so after trying to save up for a few mods. Someone on the forum was selling their Solo Exhaust. I jumped to that opportunity and man do I love the sound. I also like how the exhaust looks better than the "garbage cans" of an exhaust that I have sticking out the exhaust tip look a lot more complete with this stock diffuser. So I can say yesterday was a good day.
This weekend I think it needs a much needed wash.

The end of the road for the Tumbler

So on Friday I said goodbye to my Tumbler and I said Hello to my new car.
A 2015 2SS 1LE.
Man it is a huge difference. Like night and day. The drive home I had to be very cautious, it started to rain right as I went home to the dealer and the floor was super slippery.
