The one thing I miss about my 4th gen SS, top speed 165mph. Kinda scary though lol

I had the 4th gen to 150,
5th gen SS to 150, and the ZL1 to 160. All on the same road. The SS was a little more planted than the 4th gen. In the ZL1 it is incredible how the down force keeps it planted.

Yeah, 184 or so is the ZL1. Not sure about the 1LE. It would be interesting to see them on the same straight stretch.

I posted the same questions, since the 1LE has the same tires as the ZL1, why it doesn't remove the governor. Someone responded that the 1LE doesn't have the ZL1 underbody aero pieces.

Ezra Dyer a journalist took an SS to the salt lake flats. He did just about 175mph.

I think the 3.91 gears of the 1LE are going to lower the top end a little bit.
I could be wrong since the limitation was drag and not rpm. |

This is my buddy TripleblkZL1's ZL1, I'm the one filming. Did about 165mph this pass. Felt planted and smooth as ever. Still had a lot left in her.
(also incase you can't tell, this is a closed course airstrip)
