I think I'm going to go with black...was concerned with the very thing you have mentioned with the orange, now I'm pretty certain after seeing these shots.

Some wise buisnessman will create LED Bowties. And even LED side badges that say either Camaro, or SS to go behind the front wheelwell. Tie the side ones to the turn signals.

Tried the RAW format on my Nikon D40 below are the results between .jpg and .nef the RAW format.
Had to convert back to .jpg, but the raw seems to show more of the IOM

RAW will always give the best detail, but you will loose it converting back to jpeg... I shoot a 5D Mark II and set mine to record both jpeg and RAW. The jpeg I use for posting and the RAW I use for editing and printing. On higher end cameras most people can't tell the difference between both formats.....Also you can't post RAW shots, due to the size and picture format.

Thanks, yes I had it set for both. When I send .jpgs everyone says oh you have a red Camaro. If someone hasn't seen the IOM it's hard to convince them it's not red.

Oh ya...LOL..... Now I see what your talking about.... I didn't even notice the first time around...Sorry.... But yes the top picture being the jpeg is more red looking, and the bottom a converted RAW is the actual color of orange.....

I'll have to keep that in mind, when I finally get mine. Hopefully my order will get picked up in Sept.

Hope U get picked up soon. You will love it. I had ordered Black on Black at the end of June, waited 10 weeks no allocation. The IOM came in at the dealership unexpectedly, wife went by and said oh I like that the rest U see. The black allocation came in a week later, would still be waiting. Good luck

Saw my first IOM Camaro this weekend and I was shocked how reddish orange it really is. My wife said "That's the red Camaro" but it was the IOM.

It's still a stunning color and look but wow! A lot of pictures on here give it an orangier look.

I would have preferred an orange like this.



or this orange...



But I think this is more realistic to what it looks like.
