So is it just me or is anyone else driving their "insert grocery getter car here" faster than usual in anticipation of their new Camaro????

Hahah, I'm catching myself imagining my SUV to be my new 2SS ..... except when I hit the gas pedal nothing happens :(

I can't wait!!!

hah, funny that you mention this. I've caught myself a few times already. I picture myself stomping on the gas peddle, pretending I'm in the Camaro. I call it practice lol.

I'll make the Camaro engine sound in my head when I take off from a red light or stop.

Yeah, when I'm in 83 Z, I imagine how much quieter it will probably be in the road noise, rattles and squeaks department!

I am driving my buick regal faster than usual, well as fast as it can go anyways......and I imagine just for a moment that i'm in the camaro......but my beautiful vision is interrupted as a nearby motorist flips me the bird and zooms past me....

I don't get much respect in the buick

My 'normal car' won't go any faster. LOL

And it would be a sin to imagine I was driving the SS while driving an Aveo that shudders slightly when you hit 80mph.

Im actually driving slower cause i know if something happens now ill never get my camaro.

I drive my DD Camaro always fast even though it's a V6, haha.

no my hummer goes....well, it just goes. i dont beat it because its not a fast car so theres no point to flooring it. i take my dads vette out some times and tear up the streets.

LOL, I thought I was the only one that did that. But when I really get the desire to pretend I'm in a 5th gen I go for a ride in my 4th gen.

I always drive my Cobalt fast. It doesn't say slow car written on it. And even my Caprice Classic is souped up a bit, but its no go fast car.

I've got an '03 Malibu LS, it's alwasy surprised me how much kick that little V6 has in it... but since last Monday I've caught myself thinking "is it just me or is this thing moving better, or am I pushing it a little harder (like I used to in '04 when I managed to get 5 tickets in 3 months!)
